Administrative Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.23 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with registration questions, payoff requests, and account support.
• Process and respond to administrative correspondence, including parking tickets, property taxes, and registration renewals.
• Organize and maintain lease files, off-lease documentation, cash receipts, and other company records.
• Prepare and process vehicle title, registration, insurance, and funding paperwork.
• Support office operations through data entry, Excel reporting, and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Administrative Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; prior administrative or office support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motor vehicle registration, title processing, or automotive leasing documentation is a plus.
