Accounting Manager

Are you an experienced accounting professional ready for leadership? We're working with a growing family-owned company seeking an Accounting Manage r. In this role, you'll oversee month-end closing, prepare financial statements, supervise staff, and present insights to owners—all within a friendly, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree and at least 2 years of general accounting experience.

This position offers a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant ready to take on supervisory responsibilities or an experienced Manager looking for new challenges.

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortably presenting financials clearly to owners
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Accounting Manager Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the month-end close process
• Preparing accurate financial reports and statements
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring data integrity
• Overseeing and mentoring a small accounting team
• Presenting financial insights to company owners
