King’s College seeks a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to serve as Vice President for Enrollment
Management &Marketing , reporting to the President and serving on the Senior Cabinet. This role will set and lead an
integrated strategythat strengthens enrollment growth, market position, and long-term sustainability—advancing the College’s Holy Cross
mission through clear,compelling, and mission-aligned enrollment and brand leadership.
The Vice President provides strategic oversight for a fullyintegrated enrollment and marketing operation, including undergraduate and graduate recruitment, enrollment operations, financial aid, andmarketing/communications. The successful candidate will lead a measurable, data-informed enrollment and marketing plan; partner broadlyacross campus and with key stakeholders to advance recruitment, retention, and student success; and help build a campus-wide culture ofshared responsibility for enrollment.
Qualified candidates will bring an advanced degree and at least six years of progressivelyresponsible leadership experience spanning enrollment management, financial aid, marketing, and related areas, along with demonstratedsuccess achieving recruitment, retention, and revenue goals.
