Payroll and HR Coordinator

Payroll and HR Coordinator Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Strong understanding of payroll rules and processes
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) or willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Payroll and HR Coordinator Main Responsibilities:
- Managing bi-weekly payroll processing for over 200 employees across multiple locations
- Validating payroll data, processing timecards, and ensuring accuracy
- Supporting employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Assisting with onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing HR support
- Contributing to benefits administration, including insurance enrollments and HR documentation
- Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborating with HR team members and management to ensure seamless payroll and HR functions
