Payroll and HR Coordinator Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of payroll processing experience
• Strong understanding of payroll rules and processes
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Payroll and HR Coordinator Main Responsibilities:

• Managing bi-weekly payroll processing for over 200 employees across multiple locations
• Validating payroll data, processing timecards, and ensuring accuracy
• Supporting employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies
• Assisting with onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing HR support
• Contributing to benefits administration, including insurance enrollments and HR documentation
• Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborating with HR team members and management to ensure seamless payroll and HR functions
