Sales Support - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do:

Provide sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis.
Assist the sales team with day-to-day customer service and sales operations tasks, such as agreement management, handling inquiries, order follow-ups, sample arrangements, payment tracking, and completing questionnaires/surveys.
Act as a lead qualifier, performing lead vetting, initial quoting, and updates in our system.
Support the commercial team with opportunity management, including tracking and reporting.
Handle system tasks, including data mapping, new material/customer setups, and the corresponding approval processes.
Manage small volume accounts, assisting account managers in monitoring and nurturing the growth of new accounts.
Provide support for marketing logistics as needed.
What You'll Need:

Proficiency in digital platforms and business software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
What's a Plus:

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
Familiarity with systems like SAP or similar ERP systems.
Education:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science. Recent graduates with an Engineering or Science major are welcome!
Additional Information:

This is a hybrid role: on-site in our Pittsburgh office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
