**Qualifications:**- 1-3 years of experience in multi-state payroll tax required; 4-8 years of payroll processing experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of US federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Experience in year-end process support and process improvements is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; HRIS reporting experience is highly preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and previous experience with UKG Pro is advantageous.
- Exposure to pre and post-tax benefit plans is a plus.
