The Opportunity

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and support the execution of campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across all of URI's markets and service segments. You'll report directly to the Director of Marketing and be hands-on with content creation, campaign management, analytics, and vendor coordination.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, event)
• Manage URI's website, email platform, and social media presence
• Develop compelling content: blogs, case studies, social posts, ads, presentations
• Support field offices with localized marketing and community engagement
• Track campaign performance and report on key marketing KPIs
• Coordinate with vendors (graphic designers, printers, media buyers, etc.)
• Assist with trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events
• Keep marketing materials and assets organized, branded, and up-to-date

What You'll Bring

• Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or service-based industry
• Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar
• Confidence juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments
