Position: BDC Representative –
Location: 7810 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Full or Part-time, Compensatory of performance level, Includes Weekends
What You’ll Do: #1 - Job Love people more than cars
- Provide world class hospitality and assist clients with their newer nicer vehicle
- Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries for sales
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain our CRM with accurate and timely notes
- Work alongside management and sales teams to increase appointment show rates
- Provide top-tier customer service with a smile (and a follow-up!)

What We’re Looking For:
- Great phone voice and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, high-volume setting
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Automotive or call center experience a plus (but not required!)
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
