Direct Support Professional (DSP) - ODP Services
$19+/hr | Weekday Shifts Available | Lehigh & Northampton Counties
Maximum Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

- Starting pay: $19/hour+ (based on experience)
- Multiple WEEKDAY shifts available

No two days are exactly the same, but most shifts focus on connection, routine, and encouragement .
A typical day may include:
- Spending time talking, laughing, and building trust
- Supporting hobbies, games, walks, or simple community outings
- Helping with meals or organizing daily routines
- Encouraging independence while being a reliable presence
- Ending the day knowing you helped someone feel valued and supported
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to complete a criminal background check
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, bending, kneeling, and assisting with personal care
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
