IT SupportHelp Desk Coordinator

Reliable Equipment in Warminster is looking to hire a full-time IT Support and Help Desk Coordinator. This position will report to the IT Manager.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting the IT Manager with responding to help desk tickets training users on best practices and maintaining the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide troubleshooting support for hardware software and network related issues.
• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows PCs and peripherals iPads printers and VoIP phones.
• Provide technical support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.
• Perform password resets user creation and maintenance in Active Directory.
• Assist with training and implementing best practices for users.
• Manage inventory and installation of consumable items such as toner and drum cartridges.
• Image and configure laptops and PCs for new users.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field or relevant experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 Active Directory Windows Server 2019 Microsoft 365 Applications.
• 2 years experience in the IT field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong Customer Service Skills

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA: A Network Security
• MCSA Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals
