Job Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor
Job Description
This position is responsible for leading a team of an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist in coordinating the accounts payable, receivable, and disbursement functions for the organization and its subsidiaries. The role is crucial for maintaining cash visibility and requires daily collaboration with different departments. Reporting directly to the Treasurer, the position involves managing the full AP cycle for US and Canada, driving excellence across processes, and supporting a strong team dynamic.
Responsibilities

Forecast weekly accounts payable for US and Canada and analyze variances.

Act as a liaison between departments and plant personnel, providing support as needed.

Collaborate with the Cost Accounting team to complete audits, month-end accruals, and reconciliations using SAP and Blackline.

Complete the yearly 1099 process, ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines for accurate reporting.

Approve vendor master changes through an SAP workflow.

Review and approve weekly payments, including foreign payment wire requests.

Establish and maintain documentation and internal controls for accounts payable functions, ensuring compliance.

As the Concur Admin, audit and approve T&E and purchasing card reports to ensure compliance and act as the main point of contact for resolving issues.

Troubleshoot issues with the AP automation tool by identifying problems, reviewing configurations, and applying best practices.
Essential Skills
-
Bachelor's degree.
-
4+ years of experience within an AP department processing over 2,000 invoices per month.

3+ years of experience in supervising an AP department with 2+ direct reports.

1+ year of experience with SAP since 2017 or more recent.

2+ years of experience with pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas within Microsoft Excel.
Work Environment
The role operates onsite in Malvern five days a week. It involves leading a team of two full-time employees and one temporary employee, focusing on prioritization and direction. Upon conversion to full-time employment, a competitive benefits package and a 4.5% performance-sharing bonus plan are available.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
