Job Description
We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Core requirements:
- Knowledge of Health Insurance with the ability to answer questions about claims
- Quality Customer Service Skills
- Call Center Experience – preferably in and outbound
- Computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize various computer systems
- Administrative skills - completing forms, spreadsheets, etc.
- Debt collecting experience is a plus**
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment with an emphasis on outbound contact.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a physician billing/health insurance/hospital billing office capacity and knowledge of medical insurance terminology
Job Type: Full-time
1 hour lunch break - you decide what time and if you want to take it in increments or the whole hour.
