**What You’ll Do

As a key member of our commercial team, you’ll:

• Grow revenue by managing and developing customer accounts

• Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed sales forecasts

• Provide technical guidance and accurate quotations for custom parts and materials

• Partner closely with operations and production teams to ensure orders are cost-effective and on schedule

• Maintain communication with customers from initial quote through delivery and beyond

• Stay current on material and fastener specifications to support customer needs and company profitability

**What You Bring

**

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical requirements

• Proven success in technical or manufacturing sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
