Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ECC FICO Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ECC FICO modules, with a proven track record of providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements in a fast-paced business environment.

• The position will be working as part of the SAP Centre of Excellence.

• This position has a dual purpose of leading small projects and long-term support which will include hands-on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support.

• You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the US and Canada.

• In addition to support the SAP FICO module, you will be expected to provide support liaison for various applications which interact with the Finance Module.

Skills and Requirements

• A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) and interpersonal skills

• Min 7 years' experience with strong process knowledge of SAP finance & controlling, understanding of AA, AR, AP, GL, FSCM (Dispute Management, Credit Management and Collection Management), CO and CO-PC processes, as well as general SAP ECC or SAP S/4 Knowledge.

• Good functional end-to-end SD / MM /PP process integration with SAP FICO processes.

• Extensive experience in the process design, configuration, support and trouble-shooting of SAP FICO modules
