Senior Paralegal – Real Estate - Center City Law Firm, $120-150k - Hybrid

A prominent growing law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join its Finance and Real Estate practice group. This firm is recognized for its expertise in complex international financial transactions and provides a collaborative environment for legal professionals to manage high-stakes commercial real estate portfolios.

The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys and work independently to manage the diligence aspects of commercial real estate transactions. This role involves reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials for large portfolios and coordinating with external consultants. The successful candidate will often serve as part of a specialized paralegal team, managing large deal files and ensuring the efficient execution of multi-property closings.

Essential Job Functions

• Independently review title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports for commercial properties.

• Prepare and distribute title comment memos to relevant parties.

• Coordinate directly with title companies, surveyors, and zoning consultants.

• Organize transactions involving multiple properties and manage comprehensive deal files.

• Assist with the drafting of loan documents.

• Work with closing teams to organize large deal closing binders.

• Address specific client needs, including electronic document submission.

• Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by practice group leadership or attorneys.

• Foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation within the department.

• Perform all other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the firm.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal with specific skills in title, survey, and zoning report review.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
