Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm , is seeking a motivated junior-level Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Gaming Practice . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex regulatory and transactional matters within one of the most respected gaming practices in the country.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing
• 2–3 years of substantive experience in gaming law , regulatory filings , regulatory counseling , or transactional work for gaming industry clients
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence, advocacy skills, and practical judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing practice
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance matters
• Draft and prepare regulatory filings and submissions for licensing and approvals
• Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and financing involving gaming clients
• Provide regulatory due diligence for corporate and financial transactions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys across offices on multi-faceted, high-profile matters
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and practical advice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary : Expected annual base salary range of $225,000-$250,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
