Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid opportunity in Exton, PA offers the chance to play an integral role in attracting and identifying talent for a variety of field based and revenue generating positions. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with hiring leaders, support workforce planning efforts, and help drive an efficient and compliant hiring process. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proactive sourcing abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.

Compensation:
$25.00 - $31.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

• Manage full cycle recruiting activities for a range of openings, including talent sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support the creation, revision, and maintenance of position profiles while ensuring openings are effectively advertised across multiple recruitment channels.
• Oversee applicant tracking activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure recruiting workflows remain organized and efficient.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, providing regular updates and helping move applicants through each stage of the hiring process.
• Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment regulations, while coordinating reference verification activities and sharing recruiting metrics with leadership.

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

• Experience supporting recruitment efforts for a variety of positions, including technical, operational, sales, or customer facing roles.
• Ability to source talent through job boards, professional networking platforms, candidate databases, and other recruiting resources.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies used to manage candidate pipelines and hiring activities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of employment related compliance requirements and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
