What You’ll Do

As a Digital Product Manager II , you’ll be the bridge between business, technology, and design—turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to execute strategic plans for your product portfolio.
• Translate big ideas into reality by developing clear business requirements and user stories that guide product design and architecture.
• Shape the vision by gathering insights, informing strategy, and managing roadmaps that balance customer experience, performance, and operational needs.
• Drive innovation through prototyping, testing, and working closely with researchers and technical teams to validate concepts.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and champion products that delight users and keep them engaged.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about health care trends and Agile/SAFe practices.

  This is a hybrid role with a regular in-office presence. You’ll typically work on-site two days per week, with additional office time as needed to support business priorities.
