Social Media Manager
We’re a family-owned restaurant focused on great food and a strong local reputation. We’re looking for someone who can help us grow our customer base by making our social media actually drive people in the door.
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to create, post, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The goal is simple: bring in more customers and build local awareness.
Responsibilities
- Create and post content (photos, videos, reels, stories) 3–5x per week
- Capture content on-site (food, staff, behind-the-scenes, specials)
- Write captions that reflect our brand voice and drive engagement
- Promote specials, events, and seasonal items
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional way
- Monitor trends and suggest ideas that could work for our restaurant
- Track performance (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions and campaigns
