F&I Administrator Rohrich Honda

Overview
The F&I Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the F&I department by ensuring all deal documentation, processing, and funding activities are completed accurately and efficiently. This position serves as both an administrative backbone for the finance team and a performance-driven backup Finance Manager, stepping in to structure and close deals when needed. This position is an excellent entry point into the high-income field of automotive finance. You will have the opportunity to grow into a Finance Manager position within the Rohrich Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Processing & Administration

• In time will step in as a backup Finance Manager when needed to present and close deals
• Maintain knowledge of all finance products, lender programs, and compliance.
• Accurately input and “load” all deals into the dealership management system
• Review deal jackets for completeness, compliance, and accuracy
• Ensure all paperwork is properly completed, signed, and submitted
• Maintain organization and compliance of all deal documentation

Qualifications :

We will train the ideal candidate for this position, however preference will be given to those who have the following experience

• Prior experience in automotive F&I, deal processing, or dealership administration preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.)
• Knowledge of contracts in transit and funding processes
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional demeanor with customer-facing capability

Hours and Compensation :

• $40,000-$50,000 plus additional income based upon income generated as back up Finance Manager
• 40 hours per week
• $1,000 bi weekly draw
