Youll work with a consistent pediatric population, follow clear treatment plans, and receive ongoing guidance from experienced Occupational Therapists who are invested in your success.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled occupational therapy services to pediatric clients as outlined in OT treatment plansAddress fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participationSupport children within their daily routines at home, school, and in the communityUse evidence-based interventions to promote measurable progressComplete accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with insurance requirementsCommunicate effectively with supervising therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team membersSchedule & CompensationFull-Time position$31$34 per hour, based on experienceConsistent caseloads that support financial and professional stabilityQualificationsAssociate or Bachelors degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programActive Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Assistant licenseCurrent COTA certificationPediatric experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsBenefits & Perks:$500 sign-on bonusCompetitive, experience-based compensationPaid Time Off (available to Full-Time and Part-Time employees)Health insuranceSix paid company holidaysOngoing clinical support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
