We provide off-grid power and battery-based solutions for homes and businesses throughout Lancaster County. Since 2007, our team has specialized in lighting, installation, service, and repair. What You'll Do as a Bookkeeper:

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
• Process payroll, including totaling employee time cards.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports.
• File & remit sales tax.
• Monitor business and auto insurance policies.
• Handle occasional administrative errands, including post office trips.

Our Ideal Bookkeeper:

• Experienced: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required, including at least 2 years using QuickBooks Desktop. Payroll experience preferred.
• Organized & Detail-oriented: Maintains accurate financial records, manages multiple responsibilities independently, and stays on top of deadlines.
• Team-minded: Contributes positively to a small, close-knit team environment.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email for daily communication and reporting.

What We Offer Our Bookkeeper:

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days) with potential overtime in the winter months
• $25-$28/hour

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience required
• At least 2 years using QuickBooks Desktop
• Payroll experience preferred
• Experience w/ Microsoft Word and Excel
