Job Summary: As a Level A or B Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of vehicle service and repair that our customers expect. You will diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on Nissan vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle is in peak condition and meets our rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Diagnostics and Repair: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on Nissan vehicles.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other scheduled services.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest Nissan technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair needs, and estimated costs. Provide excepcional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership procedures to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service personnel to achieve team goals and maintain a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Nissan certification or equivalent automotive technician certification is highly desirable.

· State Inspection certification required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician for young and hungry pro’s, preferably 5+ with a focus on Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, etc., vehicles.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic skills, proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools, and a thorough understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Any ASE Certifications are Helpful and Specific Nissan OEM Certs are a Boost.
