Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

Core Financial Operations

• Drive the Month-End Close: Execute recurring and non-recurring journal entries with precision to ensure a seamless closing cycle.

• High-Stakes Reconciliations: Manage and reconcile high-risk accounts—including corporate credit cards, investments, prepaids, and revenue—maintaining 100% data integrity.

• Revenue & Cash Flow Management: Oversee deposit processing, credit memo generation, and fund returns to keep accounts receivable accurate.

• Collaborative Backup: Maintain cross-functional knowledge of team workflows to provide seamless coverage and support during peak periods.

Compliance & Reporting

• Tax Strategy Support: Assist in the preparation and filing of Forms 990 and 990-T, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.

• Audit Excellence: Serve as a key point of contact for year-end and 401(k) audits, preparing documentation that ensures a smooth, "no-findings" external review.
