Construction Consultant
A respected construction consulting firm is seeking analytical, detail-oriented professionals to join its growing team in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
- Support construction claims analysis, scheduling, and dispute resolution assignments.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Assist with project oversight, litigation support, and technical documentation.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and contribute to client presentations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals across engineering, construction, legal, and financial disciplines.
- Support large-scale mission-critical and data center construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working on data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and construction documents is preferred.
