Work From Home Travel Coordination Specialist
We are looking for a dependable and organized Work From Home Travel Coordination Specialist to assist clients with researching, planning, and booking smooth, well-structured travel experiences. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and clear communication to ensure each client receives consistent and professional support throughout the planning process.
In this position, you will work directly with clients to understand schedules, preferences, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, and transportation options, assist with itinerary creation, and coordinate bookings. Confirming reservations, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records are essential responsibilities. You will also provide support before, during, and after travel, helping manage updates or changes when needed.
This role is service-focused and emphasizes reliability, organization, and follow-through rather than sales targets.
