Job Description:

As a Brand Ambassador for the Everything Travel Store, you will be at the forefront of blending technology and customer service. This role is perfect for tech enthusiasts who love interacting with people and have a knack for sales. You will be responsible for ensuring customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience while also promoting and explaining the benefits of our innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist travelers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. Answer any questions they may have about the Just Walk Out technology and the store’s offerings.
• Tech Support: Demonstrate and explain the Just Walk Out technology to customers, ensuring they understand how to use it. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
• Sales: Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs. Provide product recommendations and information to enhance the shopping experience.
• Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Brand Ambassadors and management to ensure smooth store operations and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding and passion for technology, particularly retail technology. Ability to quickly learn and explain new tech systems.
• Customer Service Excellence: Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse customer base.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of airport travelers.
