Position Title: Full Time Food Service Manager
Location: Middle School
The Eastern Lebanon County School District is now accepting applications for full-time Cafeteria/Food Service Manager.
Duties May Include:
- Prepares breakfast and lunch meals according to food safety procedures and standard operating procedures and set up meal lines.
- Complete production records and temperature logs.
- Order food and supplies as instructed by the Director of Food Services.
- Supervise to insure proper preparation, and servicing size of menu items.
- Supervise to insure clean up using the rotation system during lunches and at end of day including mopping floor, cleaning equipment, milk coolers, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Food Services
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current Act 34, 151 and 114
- Treat students and faculty with respect
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, grasp and use repetitive movements of both hands on a continuous basis.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds from floor to waist
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crouch, reach, kneel, push and pull using full range of motion up to 180 degrees on a frequent basis.
- Ability to lead a team
Clearances:
- All required clearances must be compliant with the Pennsylvania Department of Education's mandated criteria for hire, including:
- Current Act 34, 151, and 144
