The Role:
We’re seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our close-knit team. You’ll provide customized treatments—like deep tissue, Swedish, or Himalayan salt stone massage—and help create a serene, supportive space for every guest. If you’re passionate about wellness and want to work in a peaceful, high-standard environment, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

• Offer customized massage treatments using a variety of modalities—Swedish, deep tissue, Himalayan salt stone, gua sha, and more
• Create a calming, connected experience for each guest from start to finish
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and support clients' ongoing wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, serene, and Drift-level ready
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless, high-vibe service
• Stay inspired—continuing to learn and grow in your craft

What You Bring:

• A valid PA Massage Therapy License
• At least 1 year of spa or wellness experience (willing to train the *right* applicant out of school)
• Skilled hands, a compassionate heart, and strong communication
• A high standard of professionalism and attention to detail
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
• A love for holistic wellness and being part of a team
