What you'll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Data & Project Management, Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D)
Location: Newtown Square, PA or other locations in ET Timezone (Hybrid)
Contract duration: 6 months
Working hours: 40 hours/week (Full-time internship)
- Provide support to the Project Manager for the Sales to Delivery Handover
- Assist with compliance to project requirements and standards
- Assist with project coordination, planning and management
- Assist with tasks associated with monitoring and controlling the project
- Assist with revenue forecasting of a project
- Assist in Resource Management process, creating and tracking resource requests.
- Assist with the capture and recording of inputs for financial planning and management; including capture of project team timesheets (including external parties), effort expensed, project costs, project invoices etc.
- Assist with RAID Meetings, documentation, invitations, minutes
- Assist with management and documentation of project deliverable reviews and review sessions
- Assist with minutes of reviews and related project approvals
- Assist Project Manager with Project Sponsors and Project review Boards, including development of content, meeting minutes etc.
- Assist with project escalations
- Assist with management and tracking of key project documents and deliverables
- Participate in project weekly/monthly meetings, and in Project Reviews
- Assist with the capture of Lessons Learned
- Work with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting
- Capture project metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to appropriate SAP or Customer team members
- Collect, clean, and analyze project data (budgets, timelines, resources, risks, KPIs).
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies across multiple projects.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Apply statistical methods and forecasting techniques to support planning and decision-making.
- Partner with project leaders to translate data into practical recommendations.
- Maintain data quality standards and ensure consistent reporting processes.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction.
- Assist in delivery team metrics and scheduling.

- Experience working in multi-cultural teams an advantage
- Prior Team Lead or Project Management experience an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
- Strong team player
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a University program
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
