Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground | $160–$210/day | Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekend

Sigma Continental is a transportation company contracted with FedEx Ground. We operate dedicated delivery routes out of the Pittsburgh North terminal and have built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: $160–$210/day based on route and performance
• Benefits: UPMC Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Retirement: Matching 3% IRA with Schwab
• Flexible schedules: full-time (5 days/week, includes 1 weekend), part-time (2–4 days/week), or weekend-only
• Typical shift: 8 AM–5 PM (varies by route)
• Vacation benefits: earn up to 3 weeks of paid vacation with tenure

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-owned delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses on schedule
• Load, unload, and scan packages using company-provided devices
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Lift and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment assistance

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUIs, major violations, or recent accidents)
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, and road test
• Strong customer service and time management skills
• Physically able to work in varying weather conditions and handle job demands
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery services
• Rideshare, food delivery, or other professional driving experience will also be considered
