Prep Cook
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and consistency in food preparation.
Responsibilities
Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
Assist line cooks and chefs with daily food preparation
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Maintain a clean and organized prep area
Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients (FIFO)
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required
Basic knife skills and understanding of kitchen safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Schedule & Compensation
