Pittsburgh District Sales Manager - (FieldBased | West PA)
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a district team to exceed growth goals
- Drive execution: targeting, account prioritization, pipeline, and launch initiatives
- Build relationships with key diabetes stakeholders (endocrinology practices, diabetes educators, etc.)
- Partner cross-functionally (marketing, market access, clinical) to remove barriers and accelerate adoption
- Ensure strong CRM discipline and district forecasting accuracy
- 2–3+ years field sales leadership experience (medical device or specialty pharma preferred)
- Strong performance history (team wins + individual credibility)
- Experience selling into clinics (practice-based selling model)
- Comfortable navigating access/reimbursement and pull-through
- Stable work history (no long gaps; currently employed strongly preferred)
