About the Position
Our client is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Manheim, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM start time
- Pay: $28.00 Per Hour
Job Details
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Concrete
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Touch Freight - strapping
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including strapping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Minimum Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
