Are you the architect people trust when the details really matter?
Everhart Architecture Company is looking for a technically strong, proactive Senior Technical Architect to take ownership of residential projects, keep work moving independently, and help lead a growing production team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn complex project requirements into accurate, buildable final drawing sets.
Compensation and Benefits:
$90,000–$110,000 annual salary

$90,000 - $110,000 base salary
Responsibilities:Review drawings for technical accuracy, constructability, code, and coordination.
Resolve field, detailing, and structural coordination issues with sound judgment.
Own residential projects through coordinated, construction-ready drawing sets.
Guide, prioritize, and review the work of a growing team of up to five people.
Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
5–7+ years of residential architectural background; licensed preferred.
Proven ability to independently manage projects from documentation through final CDs.
Strong 3D/model-based design skills; Chief Architect preferred; Revit experience welcome.
Registered Architect preferred; strong leadership or team-management experience is a plus.
Proactive, organized, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
