Office Manager
A role combining administrative support, office management, and core team coordination. This position acts as the operational backbone, facilitating communication between finance, legal, project management, and external partners. Fantastic opportunity for growth! education: High School Responsibilities
- Document Support: Prepare, format, and distribute business documents, summary reports, and contract abstracts.
- Reporting & Packages: Generate bi-monthly review updates and assemble daily tracking packages for weekly committee reviews.
- Workflow & Deadlines: Monitor contract execution timelines and track critical dates, renewals, and project deadlines.
- Digital Design: Use design software (like Photoshop) to update visual layouts, site graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Data Management: Maintain project management tools, CRM systems, and internal tracking databases.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate high-volume meeting schedules for industry conferences, client visits, and internal team events.
- Financial Admin: Process expense reports and purchase orders in coordination with accounting and finance.
- Office & Facilities Management: Maintain supply inventory, manage service vendors, and coordinate facility maintenance requests.
- Onboarding: Manage logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and equipment provisioning.
