Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects that directly impact organizational success. This individual will oversee multiple high-priority initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and act as a key liaison between stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities, and consistently delivers results on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, and executive leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Establish clear communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project management methodologies
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
- Utilize project management tools and dashboards to track progress and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–8+ years of project management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organizational and time-management ability
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
- Experience working in remote and/or hybrid environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience in technology, consulting, healthcare, finance, or related industries
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or performance metrics
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- 100% Remote role with optional hybrid work arrangements depending on location and preference

- Base Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
