Location: West Chester, PA

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required

Jolene’s is a 140-seat French restaurant in the heart of West Chester, PA, known for its refined yet welcoming atmosphere, classic French fare, curated wine list, and seasonal cocktails. From May through October, we also offer 50 outdoor seats for al fresco dining.

We are currently seeking a Back Server to join our front-of-house team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a service-driven, detail-oriented dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support servers and bartenders by running food and beverages
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations
• Assist with guest requests to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Communicate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Who You Are:

• Energetic, reliable, and professional in demeanor
• Team-oriented and eager to help wherever needed
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
