Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time / Part-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their growing dental practice in the Fox Chapel, PA area. Compensation & Schedule
• $41.00 – $49.00 per hour depending on experience.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Expected hours: 35–40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine dental cleanings and preventative hygiene procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and evaluate for signs of periodontal disease, oral cancer, lesions, recessed gums, and other oral conditions.
• Review and document patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Deliver periodontal therapies and hygiene-related treatments prescribed by the Dentist.
• Perform procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride applications, sealants, OraCare treatments, and Perio Chip applications.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow proper sterilization, aseptic, and HIPAA compliance procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required.
• Local anesthesia certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, patient care, and medical records.
• Experience with dental software systems such as Softdent preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Pediatric dentistry experience is a plus.
