What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients staff patients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control activities and other security-related duties appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter observing for conditions that could require attention and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances exits and common areas verify credentials when required and document security-related incidents observations and daily activities in accordance with site policies.
• Support emergency response activities and follow post orders while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with clients staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
