About the role:

As a Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Architect , you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, contributing to strategic goals and enhancing client satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Customize and optimize Approval Workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.

• Configure and enhance Core HR functionalities to streamline operations.

• Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys to drive employee engagement.

• Ensure robust security measures to protect sensitive HR data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM with existing systems.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide stakeholders on best practices.

• Provide strategic advice and ongoing support to clients on leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM.

Work model:

What you need to have to be considered:

• Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security.

• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.

• Proven track record in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in a hybrid or onsite model.

• Proficiency in client account management and advisory services to enhance client relationships.

These will help you stand out:

• Hands-on experience conducting workshops and training sessions for Oracle Cloud HCM.

• Ability to provide strategic advisory services to clients on HR technology adoption.

• Strong collaboration skills and a track record of mentoring team members.

Certifications required:

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification - Oracle Certified Professional

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 04/05/2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
