We are looking for a dynamic and purposeful leader to oversee technology development and program management initiatives focused on digital solutions and digital transformation. The Director of Digital Solutions will possess a strong background in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a commitment to achieving operational excellence. A strong understanding and experience within the AEC or Environmental industry is essential.
Location: Remote; West Chester, PA
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership and program/project management roles, with experience in process improvement and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in managing complex technology projects and teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Ecosystem Integration. Demonstrated understanding of how Microsoft 365 integrates with Azure, leveraging AI features like Microsoft Copilot, and AI-powered Teams functionalities.
- Familiarity with ESRI/GIS capabilities.
- Experience in the environmental, and/or AEC industries.
Expected Outcomes:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business goals to drive innovation and efficiency across all departments.
- Digital Solutions Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, including application development, data management and analytics, system architecture design and development, network administration, data center development, and cloud-based solutions.
- AI Integration: Lead the deployment of AI solutions to automate and improve processes, enhance service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. Oversee the creation and maintenance of data governance frameworks to ensure high-quality data for AI applications. Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Program and Project Management: Manage all aspects of technology-focused projects from proposal through implementation. This includes defining project scope, developing proposals, establishing strategic direction, and ensuring consistent project delivery.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage teams of technology professionals; personnel management, recruitment, training, motivating staff, and measuring performance to achieve business goals.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis: Perform strategic planning to analyze changes in technology, regulatory requirements, and other drivers to identify future opportunities and position the organization for growth.
- Enhance Client Engagement through Digital Solutions:Proactively identify and implement digital strategies that directly address client requirements, strengthening relationships.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the overall quality of technology service deliverables.
- Business Analysis: Identify business processes and requirements to design and deliver systems that meet or exceed expectations.
- Documentation and Requirements: Lead the requirements identification and system design process and produce system documentation.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department heads to understand their needs and ensure solutions are effectively integrated and utilized. Develop and implement training programs. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives and report on progress. Manage organizational change associated with adoption, addressing concerns and fostering a culture of innovation.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: $126,500 - $167,600 - $208,700
