Our front desk team plays a huge role in creating a warm, organized, and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level to early-career front desk role focused on:

• greeting patients
• answering phones
• scheduling appointments
• collecting payments

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you will:

• Greet patients with energy, warmth, and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and help patients schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out for their visits
• Collect co-pays and payments accurately
• Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
• Communicate clearly with therapists and team members to support patient flow

What We’re Looking For

You would be a great fit if you:

• enjoy working with people and creating a positive first impression
• are comfortable talking on the phone and in person
• are reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• can learn basic scheduling and payment systems

Previous front desk, customer service, or office experience is helpful — but not required .
We are happy to train the right person.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• Hourly pay: $14 – $17 per hour , based on experience
• Benefits available for full-time positions including health insurance, 401k, and PTO.
• On-the-job training provided
