Location: Chester County, Montgomery County & Delaware County, PA
J ob Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible Day Shifts (schedule may vary between 6AM–6PM, Sunday–Saturday)

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
- Assist with ADLs that include but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
- Prepare meals, do light housekeeping, run errands, laundry
- Offer non‑medical medication reminders
- Maintain a safe environment and report safety issues
- Document observations and completed tasks
- Follow care plans and agency protocols
- Communicate regularly with supervisor
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and families
- Track time and mileage accurately
Requirements
- 2+ years caregiving or home care experience
- Able to work in Chester, Montgomery & Delaware Counties
- CPR/BLS certification (active)
- Current TB test (Quantiferon or 2-step)
- Able to pass PA background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong English communication skills
