Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a broad skill set spanning multiple platforms / systems. This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration at least 2 days per week, offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder. You’ll design, develop, and optimize high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces with React and React Native for web and mobile platforms.
• Implement and optimize communication protocols for seamless system integration.
• Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS.
• Write efficient, reliable code in C for embedded systems.
• Create and enhance applications across mobile and desktop environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in React and React Native for building user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Proficiency in C and development for embedded systems.
• Demonstrated experience building mobile and desktop applications.
• In-depth knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT, REST, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite 2+ days per week in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).
• Background in cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Xamarin, Flutter).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
