BUILDING AUTOMATION CONTROLS - OUTSIDE SALES - URGENT NEED - TOP PAY!!

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Outside Sales related to the HVAC, automated controls, or construction management industry. Computer experience required.
• Must have a successful record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Must be comfortable to identify and seek out business within new and existing clients.
• Must possess an outgoing personality, be able to present themselves and Automation Integrated in a professional and positive way, be technically proficient, and work well in a team environment.
• Individual must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of Industry products and solution sets desired.

Requirements

• Individual will be required to follow up on executed projects to ensure satisfactory approval of design documents and create outstanding customer value.
• This individual will allow client to increase its visibility to become the Building Automation Specifier of choice in the construction & service market place in our target territory.
• This individual will assist in the development of specifications on targeted projects to enhance the company’s probability of success through price and preference.
• This role requires the individual to develop and conduct seminars and lunch & learns to end-users, contractors and consulting firms to promote company products and solution sets.
• Maintains technical competence of company’s products, applications and services and professionally represents client in industry associations, professional organization and affiliations.
