This Pennsylvania CRNA role offers unmatched balance: work just two 24-hour shifts per week with 8 hours of built-in overtime , and enjoy the rest of your week for family, hobbies, or travel. With this model, CRNAs earn $387Kâ$490K annually while practicing at the top of their license across a wide variety of cases.
