Certified Hospice Aide (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time | Field-Based

Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a clinician-owned and operated hospice that truly values both its patients and its employees.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Occasional evening/weekend overtime available

• Field-based position with travel required (mileage reimbursed)

• Active CNA certification required

What You'll Do

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide essential hands-on care and support, including:

• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Performing light housekeeping tasks

• Documenting care accurately and in a timely manner

• Supporting a culture of compassion, quality, and respect

You will be an integral member of our interdisciplinary team focused on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

• Compassionate, reliable, and self-directed

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• Commitment to serving patients with chronic, serious, or terminal illnesses

Compensation

$18.00–$23.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
