Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced 3rd Shift Field Trailer Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville area. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for technicians who take pride in quality repairs and working independently while still being supported by a strong team.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly pay up to $35.00/hour
• Monthly performance bonuses totaling up to $12,000 annually

What You'll Be Doing

In this mobile role, you'll work directly on customer sites to keep trailers operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers
• Completing maintenance tasks to DOT and safety standards
• Using digital tools and software to track work orders and service records
• Communicating clearly with team members to ensure timely, accurate repairs
• Delivering reliable service that keeps fleets road-ready

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of trailer maintenance experience
• CDL preferred, but not required
• Clean driving record
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated work style
