Executive Benefits Producer - National Accounts
Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Producer focused on national healthcare accounts. This is a sales‑driven role responsible for originating, developing, and growing relationships with health systems, physician groups, payers, and other provider organizations across the U.S. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging C‑suite leaders and Boards, shaping strategy, and driving measurable growth.
This role can be based out of one of our offices in the US. What The Day Will Look Like- Develop and execute new business strategies focused on healthcare providers, associations, and related organizations.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across executive benefit solutions (i.e. individual disability, life insurance, etc.)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives and Boards, providing insight on executive compensation and benefit market trends.
- Lead strategic sales pursuits, including proposal development, presentations, and negotiations, with a clear value‑based message.
- Expand and deepen relationships within existing accounts, driving cross‑sell across Aon’s capabilities.
- Coordinate with internal Aon colleagues and specialty teams to design tailored, integrated solutions for complex client needs.
- Lead stewardship and renewal strategies for your portfolio, ensuring high retention and profitable growth.
- Use data, analytics, and benchmarking to support client recommendations and differentiate Aon’s value proposition.
- Represent Aon in the healthcare market through industry events, conferences, and professional networks.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success- Strong consultative sales mindset with the ability to uncover client needs and build compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Highly organized, with strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities; able to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills; able to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Typically 10+ years of experience in healthcare‑focused sales, consulting, or client leadership (e.g., health systems, physician groups, or major provider organizations).
- Proven track record as a producer / business developer selling complex solutions to senior healthcare decision‑makers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise C‑suite, senior executives, and Boards; confident, credible boardroom presence.
- Experience managing a book of business while consistently achieving or exceedinggrowth and profitability targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
- Current Life & Health license required or obtained within a defined timeframe.
- Securities license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
